Before each rental, all customers must read and sign the Terms & Conditions document and confirm payment.

What is our cleaning procedure?Yes, the equipment is squeaky clean. We make sure each item is thoroughly cleaned after each use following this process: Vacuuming surfaces. Cleaning surfaces with soap and water All of our products are in excellent shape. If a product has been well loved or presents a stain after being deep cleaned, we offer a discounted rental price presented with the word DISCOUNTED.

Do you deliver?Yes, we deliver! Delivery does require an extra cost. It will be included on your invoice. We can drop off at your hotel, rental, or wherever you will be calling home for the next few days.

Where are you located and where will you deliver?We are an online rental store located in Guatemala! We will deliver to zones located within Guatemala City or in Antigua.

What happens if I damage, lose or return very dirty the equipment I rented?In the event that the damage or soiling cannot be fixed, a recovery fee will be charged. The amount will depend on the item. In the case of loss of the equipment, a replacement will be charged at market price.

What is the delivery process?For both delivery and pick up we will contact you 1-2 days prior to the date to confirm address, delivery schedule and if there are any specifications to consider.

What is the minimum and maximum rental periods?Our rental periods are from 1 week to 1 month. If you need a different period, please contact us we will find a solution to your specific request.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept local Guatemalan bank deposits and transfers. We accept Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo.

How soon should I make my reservation?Our recommendation is that as soon as you know you will need an item you make your reservation so that we can ensure availability of your items. In case you have an emergency, at least 24 hours in advance we will be able to attend your request.

Can I modify my reservation?Yes of course, we understand that you may have changes. Just contact us to indicate if it is a change of date, extend rental period or a change of product and according to availability we will confirm if we can make the adjustments to your reservation.

What if I don't know how to assemble any part of the equipment I rent?We provide the user manuals and upon customer request the official Youtube videos of the suppliers for the correct use and installation of the items.

Can I cancel my reservation?At Sporos we know and understand that plans may change, so we offer a friendly and flexible cancellation policy. For each rental, Sporos incurs a service fee. This fee is 5% of the total amount of your rental (which is already included in the published prices). The service fee is non-refundable in any case. Refunds apply as follows: High Season: The week before Christmas, Christmas week, and the week after Christmas. Holy Week and Easter week. Low Season: The dates not included as high season or holidays. Holidays are considered to be those indicated as non-working days in the Federal Labor Law.
